One-Time Support

One project. Scoped, priced, and finished.

Not every business needs a monthly partner. Sometimes the books are two years behind, or the reporting doesn't exist, or a process eats a week every month that shouldn't. We take that on, finish it, and hand it back. No retainer, no ongoing commitment.

Common projects.

Every project is scoped to your business, but these come up most often.

Catch-up and cleanup.

Books that are behind, or that were never quite right to begin with. We get them current, accurate, and ready to build on.

Automating the manual work.

The reconciliation that takes three days, the invoice process that lives in someone's inbox, the report that gets rebuilt by hand every month. We find the time sinks and take them out.

Reporting and dashboards.

A clear monthly view of the numbers that matter to your business, built once and then running on its own.

Forecasts and financial models.

A cash forecast, a budget, or a full model you can plan and raise against.

Cleaning up after a change.

An acquisition, a new entity, a system migration, a chart of accounts that stopped making sense. We sort out the aftermath and leave you with something clean.

If your situation isn't on this list, it's still worth a call. Most of what we do starts as something a business didn't think was fixable.

Scoped up front. Finished when we say.

We look first, then quote.

No project gets priced before we understand it. The discovery call and a look at your numbers come first.

You get a fixed scope and a fixed price.

You'll know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before anything starts.

We do the work and hand it over.

Documented, so it's usable by whoever comes next, including you.

What happens after is up to you.

Some businesses are set for a year. Some decide they want us monthly. Either is fine, and there is no pressure either way.

Common questions.

How much does a project cost?

It depends entirely on the scope, which is why we look before we quote. What we can promise is a fixed number before you commit, not an hourly meter.

How far behind can the books be before you can't help?

There isn't really a limit. Multi-year catch-up is common, and it's one of the more satisfying things we do.

Can this turn into ongoing work?

Often, but only if you want it to. A project is a real ending, not a trial with strings attached. That said, it is the easiest way to see how we work before committing to anything.
